WHO statement on India to refrain (stop) them self from religious profiling of COVID -19 cases.
Let me explain now, why such a statement came from Mike Ryan (Director of emergency program WHO)
Because in India COVID -19 cases were linked with tabligh jamat in press everywhere and it generated a religious hatered against them leading to a man in Himanchal committing suicide and in UP a man was shot dead. So WHO told that we should not look at corona patients as Super spreaders but we should have a compassion towards them.
{ These are WHO's point of view. I see it as 30 percent of confirmed cases are from tabligh jamaat and they should themselves come forward in front of government and get tested and treated if necessary.
Then only they will win our compassion.
Because the situation which is developed is not going to help anyone and is only going to ruin our country . }

In an overnight decision Bengal Chemicals & pharmaceutical limied (BCPL) was issued a license to produce hydroxychloroquine (anti malarial drug) for treatment of Covid-19.

Police arrested Wadhwans ( Yes Bank scandal) in Satara, Maharashtra.
What is this case all about?
Explanation -
Managing director of Yes Bank Kapil and Dhiraj Wadhwanas and CEO (rana kapoor) and others in connection with the lending of 3,700 crore to DHFL (Diwan Housing Finance Limited) and RKW developer limited allegedly (not following the rules) in lieu (instead) Of ₹600 crore in investment in an entity linked to Rana Kapoor's family.
Kapil Wadhawan was named as promoter director of DHFL and
Dhiraj Wadhawan as director of RKW developer private limited.
Today's topic - Narmada bachao andolan
It is an Indian social movement spearheaded by a number of farmers, tribals, environmentalist and social activists.
Started - in the mid of 1980s (around 1985)
Major activist - Medha patkar and Baba amte ( known for his leprosy work)
State involved - Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujrat.
Reason - around 30 major, 135 medium and 3000 small dams got approval for construction including raising the height of Sardar Sarovar Dam on Narmada river without proper rehabilitation of the people getting affected from it and also it was affecting environment on great scale.
Result -In starting court stopped the construction but after few years it started again but a tribunal was made to look after the pros and cons of the project.

∆ Maa Narmada river origin is from Maikal range of Amarkantak (Madhya Pradesh) and it drains into Arabian sea. It a a major west flowing river and it is called the lifeline of Madhya pradesh and gujrat.
