  2. I have almost kept my mind in aloof for past 8 years by avoiding reading books due to excessive work load and other engagements. it has been observed that we are now hesitate of reading books and writing, we consider it to be a time consuming effort.
We have a notion that we read everything on internet or mobile so why one.must read physical book. But, the books provide addtional diet to our brain and improves patience and understanding.
But, in this lockdown i realized our brain too requires a nutritional diet by reading and writing both. Probably most of us are addicted to type now a days rathern then writing on piece of paper, my handwriting has become worsen over the years.

I started with a pledge to read atleast 5 pages of any book of my interest in a day and write one page to make my lost handwriting return to my routine.

Daily Current affairs by Ysah Pandey is in extra addition to what i will read.
